Will May 21st Be A Victorious Day For Climbers?May 19
Alan Arnette who is climbing to raise awareness and fund for Alzheimer’s research has moved his date to summit Everest on 21st of May. He was set to summit on 19 or 20th May, but the weather has delayed it.
Mrs. Anshu Jamsenpa from Arunachal Pradesh, India who summited Everest on 12th May, wants to be the first women to Summit Mt. Everest twice in one season. She is currently at Camp II and has a plan schedule of Camp III on 19th May, Camp IV on 20th May and summit attempt on 21st May.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the Himalayan Ridge, David Morton and Melissa Arnot are on the way out of Base Camp setting the same goal of summiting Mt. Makalu on 21st May.
